  PTFE conveyor belts are made by impregnating high-performance glass fiber mesh fabric with suspended polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion as raw material. It is a new type of high-performance and multi-purpose composite material product. Due to its excellent performance in all aspects, it is widely used in fields such as paper making, food, environmental protection, printing and dyeing, clothing, chemical engineering, glass, medicine, electronics, insulation, grinding wheel slicing, and machinery.

  PTFE Conveyor Belt are constructed with PTFE coated fiberglass, aramid(or both) and polyester mesh materials that are both durable and food safe. A wide selection of splice, edge and tracking options ensures that belts are constructed in the best way of their intended purpose.

Through practical application, it has been found that it can maintain its original physical form without deformation at both low temperatures of -70℃ and high temperatures of 260℃.
